21.2 Ohm's Law
Electric current (i) flows through a metal conductor, when potential difference (v) is applied to the
conductor. The current is proportional to p.d. so long as the physical state of the conductor remains uncharged.

where R is constant for a given conductor. It is called the conductor's Electrical Resistance.
