PDF Sample (first 9 pages) The PDF Sample and all our PDF files must be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program or other compatible PDF viewer program. To download and view this sample file, simply right-click on the sample and select "Save Target as..." from your right-click menu. Then save the file to a location on your hard drive. Next, open the PDF file using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program. (Note: If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can just click on the booknote above and the PDF file should open in your browser via the PDF plug-in.)

RTF Sample (first 9 pages) The RTF Sample and all RTF files can be viewed in any word processing program. To download and view this file, simply right-click on the sample and select "Save Target as..." from your right-click menu. Then save the file to a location on your hard drive. Next, open the RTF file using your word processor.
