            1915		-	The Congress adopts the Glass-Owen Bill to 
              set up the Federal 				Reserve System. 
For the next 20 years, the U.S. witnessed a period of prosperity. This was mainly due to rapid growth and expansion of transportation.  Besides this period also saw great changes in the socio-economic and cultural sphere of America.
