Instructions for MonkeyNotes store payment using PayPal

If you want to purchase items from our MonkeyNotes store using PayPal, please follow the instructions below:

2) Go to PayPal.com and login to your account. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is very simple to sign up for one. Follow the instructions on the PayPal site.

3) Please make payment for the proper total amount of your purchase. Coupon discounts are not available for any PayPal purchases.

4) Send payment to this EXACT email address: support@pinkmonkey.com
Don't type it in wrong!

5) VERY IMPORTANT-To make sure that we are notified of your payment, send us an email to support@pinkmonkey.com telling us YOUR NAME and that you have just made a purchase using Paypal. Please list the specific products that you purchased and the amount you paid.

6) When we receive your payment, we will verify that the amount paid is correct and that you listed the specific items purchased. We will then email you the booknotes files TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED IN YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT. We will do our best to email the files to you as quickly as possible. Most of the time, we'll be able to email you the files within an hour. Occasionally there may be some delay due to email slow downs or on the period from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon. We're online and ready to help most of the time. You'll normally be surprised at our fast response.

Again, If you want to download the files immediately, simply use a MasterCard or Visa to make your purchase directly from the MonkeyNotes store.
