We receive over 5,000 email messages per day. 99.9% of them are spam and virus emails. We have had to start implementing filters on incoming email to reduce the hours required to manage the junk.
If you want your email to be noticed, please do the following:

  • Make sure you list a specific subject in your email. If you send an email without a subject, it will likely never be seen.
  • Never use a simple subject like: "question" or "help" or "please". Use a detailed and specific subject that is not likely to be confused as spam or a virus email subject.
  • If you haven't received a response within 24 hours, please re-send your email using a different subject.
